About Us
Who We Are
Cured & Crafted Co isn’t your ordinary catering company. Our mission goes beyond making money and providing a service, though we like those things too. Ultimately, we want to use our platform and business to help others.
I’m Nicole, the owner of Cured & Crafted Co. I have spent 17 years in Human Resources - yep….not catering. But I have always had a heart to help others and a passion for cooking up recipes and watching the food network. My creative outlet has always been in the kitchen, and I love to feed people. What I love about the food cart is that I don’t have to be a trained chef to assemble a beautiful plate of delicious food, and neither do you!

It is hard to start a business, but our business model makes starting your own company easy, and we are here to help. The goal: find moms who want to earn extra money and be creative. Lend them a cart and book them an event; provide resources to make their first event a success, and support them to the point that they can invest in themselves, whether that be their own catering cart, or something else. By booking an event with us, you’re supporting a much larger dream for others.
Our Why
Originally from Southern California, Nicole and her husband, Curtis, and their twin sons, EZ and Judah moved to Colorado in 2022 to be closer to their family. Nicole works in Human Resources by day, momma by night, and entrepreneur by…well, when she gets the time. That’s why multiplying this business model is so important; none of us can do it all, but we can do some. This gives working or SAHMs the ability to do something creative and meaningful while making money to support their families.
